Friends Agenda (English version)

Brief
Over the years, the PR and communications agency Friends Agenda noticed that their website was starting to show its age. It was limited in terms of content editing, and the design hadn’t kept pace with modern standards. This is where our collaboration began, with the goal of restoring a sense of quality to their digital presence.

Process
We began with a discovery phase, during which we conducted interviews and discussions with the team to identify their key target audience. We narrowed it down to decision-makers on the client side, typically people in executive roles. A secondary audience also emerged early on: potential new team members, as Friends Agenda wanted to attract talent through the website.
During our initial meeting, we discussed the overall tone and feeling the site should convey. The keywords that emerged were: professional, smart, simple, senior, personal, and friendly. They also wanted the design to signal that they’re easy to work with, while still being just a little bit cool.
The design drew inspiration from fashion magazine editorials, combining a monochrome aesthetic to create a modern, stylish impression. An updated color palette, with a warmer white and a softer black, was used to communicate experience and seniority. To tie the visual identity back to the brand values, we chose a serif typeface for the headings, adding a classic, editorial feel to the overall look.

Resultat
The result was a new website for Friends Agenda, built using WordPress and the Gutenberg block editor to make content management more intuitive. To streamline content updates, we created custom post types for contact persons and client cases, maintaining structure while simplifying the editing process for the team.
To elevate the experience further, we used JavaScript libraries like GSAP to create smooth, visually engaging scroll animations, bringing the site to life and delivering a polished, high-end feel.
